Reach Out Westborough

Reach Out Westborough is a program of Westborough Youth and Family Services, in collaboration with Westborough Connects. Funded through a grant by the MetroWest Health Foundation, Reach Out Westborough provides free training to community members to foster emotional resilience while facing the mental health impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Online Mental Health Screenings

Youth and Family Services is offering free, confidential online mental health screenings. 

  • Available to anyone over the age of 18. Parents or guardians can complete screening for adolescents.
  • Multiple screening options in English and Spanish.
