(All requirements may not be necessary for some projects)

1. Some Commercial Applicants will need to schedule a meeting based on the scope of work, our office will contact you to meet with Building Commissioner for plan review if required (by appointment only)
2. One full-sized set of hard-copy plans delivered to our office
3. Plans uploaded into PermitPro
4. Certificate of Insurance naming the Town of Westborough, 45 West Main Street, Westborough, MA 01581 as the CERTIFICATE HOLDER; uploaded into PermitPro
5. WC Affidavit completed with attached sheet listing Subs and Insurance information, if you choose Number 5; uploaded into PermitPro
6. Estimated Cost excluding Cost of Land, Electrical, Plumbing/Gas
7. Description of work; uploaded into PermitPro
8. Building Owner Authorization (PDF) - separate sheet acceptable; uploaded into PermitPro
9. Construction Control Documents, 9th Edition uploaded into PermitPro
   1. Initial Construction Control Documents (PDF)
   2. Final Construction Control Documents (PDF)
10. Narratives uploaded into PermitPro
