The Community Development Department (CDD) was established to better coordinate the development process of existing and new structures and developments.
Understanding the needs and desires of the community, and how this relates to the Town’s Master Plan vision, is essential for future growth. Coordinating the Economic, Building, and Conservation Departments, has formed a cohesive collaboration to work closely with the Planning Department, and other related departments.
The Community Development Department continues to strive to recognize and support sustainability efforts throughout Town.
