In-Person
The District holds office hours every day in a different town. Open office hours are during normal operating hours of the Town, but exceptions can generally be made in advance. Drop-ins are always welcome, but we recommend calling to make an appointment. This helps the director manage the schedule and allows us to dedicate at least one hour to your individual concerns.
Please note: The director generally reserves Fridays as admin days to complete any necessary paperwork remaining from the week, as well as to work on any emergent issues that may still need to be resolved during the week. Friday appointments are managed by request when speaking with the director.

Mail to the Westborough office is collected on Monday and Thursday. All other offices are checked weekly.
Each town hall should have a drop box located at its front entrance, into which you may put mail for Veterans Services. These boxes are checked daily and any mail to us is left in our town mail slot. Please make sure to mark the envelope "Veterans Services".
