First Aid & CPR / AED / Choking Care

In this course, students will learn the following skills:

• How to recognize and treat cardiac arrest in adults, children, or infants.
• How to provide quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
• When and how to use an AED
• How to provide care to an adult, child, or Infant who is choking
• What to do before helping an ill or injured person
• How to treat common traumatic injuries and medical emergencies
