American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Projects
On March 11, 2021, the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was signed into law and provided $350 billion of funding to states, territories, tribal and local governments to respond to the COVID-19 public health emergency and its economic impacts. The Town of Westborough received approximately $5.7 million in American Rescue Plan Act funds. The projects listed below were proposed by department heads and awarded by the Select Board based on recommendations from the Advisory Finance Committee and Finance Team.
