Auctioneer
All requirements to be an auctioneer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts are described in Massachusetts General Laws Title 15 Chapter 100.

Class I, Class II, & Class III Dealer's License
There are three categories of licenses: Class I (new), Class II (used, pre-owned), and Class III (salvage). The Select Board is the license granting authority and a hearing for all new and amended licenses is scheduled once completed applications are received.
