Regional Emergency Communication Center (RECC)

The Towns of Grafton and Westborough have received for a grant to establish a Regional Emergency Communication Center (RECC) to be housed at a building on Hocomonco Pond site in Westborough.

The existing structure at Hocomonco Pond requires extensive renovation ahead of any such operation on the premises; these upgrades will be funded through State 911 grants.
