The first step to determine zoning is to consult the Town Zoning Map (PDF).

The second step is to consult the Zoning Bylaws Use Table (PDF) for the appropriate Zoning District.

Site Plan Review is required if:

You are creating or changing more than 5 parking spaces

OR

You are proposing a new use on a vacant property

OR

You are changing the use of the existing property
